[Invitation] Workshop: “International Trade in the New Context: Barriers and Challenges for Women-Led Enterprises”

9

In the context of profound global economic changes, international trade not only presents opportunities but also brings numerous challenges for Vietnamese enterprises. Women-Led businesses, in particular, are playing an increasingly vital role in the economy by driving innovation, creating jobs, and enhancing economic value. However, they face unique barriers in the process of international integration, especially in the current new context.

To provide information that helps businesses better understand changes in international trade, create a platform for experts, researchers, and enterprises to exchange practical experiences regarding the challenges faced by women-Led businesses, and identify feasible solutions to overcome difficulties, thereby enhancing competitiveness and fostering sustainable development, the WTO Chair Programme Phase III at Foreign Trade University (WCP-FTU) is honored to organize a Workshop on Trade and Gender on the topic: “International Trade in the New Context: Barriers and Challenges for Women-Led Enterprises.”

Details of the workshop are as follows:

  • Time: 2:15 PM, Friday, January 10, 2025
  • Venue: Foreign Trade University, Hanoi

We warmly invite government agencies, businesses, researchers, and other interested stakeholders to participate and share insights at the workshop.
