Assoc. Prof., Dr Tran Minh Tuan has worked for many years at the Ministry of Information and Communications and held many important positions. He is currently the Director of the Department of Digital Economy and Digital Society, former Deputy Director in charge of the Institute of Information and Communications Strategy.
